Okay, This Is How You Do a Lake House
You guys, I really like this one.

It is a brand new home on Nagawicka Lake, but it does not feel like somebody built a shiny new house and simply happened to put it near the water.
It feels like a lake house.
There is warm wood, stone, green, brick, wallpaper, and plenty of personality. It is fresh and new, but still feels comfortable.
THANK YOU.
And the setting is pretty fantastic.
You have 215 feet of frontage on a quiet corner of the lake. It feels private, but you can still hop in the boat and be out on Nagawicka in no time.
That sounds like a pretty great Tuesday to me.
Inside, the kitchen is exactly where I think everyone would end up. There is a big island, lots of room to gather, and huge windows bringing the lake right into the house.
There are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, including the primary bedroom on the main floor.
And then there is the bunk room.
OMG.
I love this room.
It sleeps five, and I can already picture the cousins or grandkids piled in there, whispering way past bedtime and making memories they will talk about forever.
Outside is just as good. There are big oak trees, paths through the yard, a stone patio, and a fireplace near the water.
Come on.
This is boats in July, football in the fall, dinner at the island, and everybody wandering down to the fire when the sun goes down.
And yes, I realize I have now moved an imaginary family into this house.
Occupational hazard.
But that is what I like about it.
It is beautiful, but it also looks like a place where people actually live.
And that might be my favorite kind of lake house.
